All of our employees are screened, interviewed, and properly trained for what their job will entail. This training includes:

   Pool Monitor:

  • American Red Cross CPR/ AED Certification
  • Periodic Company In-Service Training

   Lifeguards:

  • American Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aide Certification     
  • American Red Cross CPR/ AED Certification
  • Periodic Company In-Service Training

   Assistant Managers:

  • American Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aide Certification
  • American Red Cross CPR/ AED Certification
  • Periodic Company In-Service Training
  • Aqua Tech Pool Management's Assistant Manager Training Program

    Pool Managers:

  • American Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aide Certification
  • American Red Cross CPR/ AED Certification
  • Certified Pool Operators License
  • Periodic Company In-Service Training
  • Aqua Tech Pool Management's Pool Manager Training Program

    Service Technicians:

  • Certified Pool Operators License
  • Periodic Company In-Service Training
